Our lip fillers’ safety and efficacy are clinically proven, and these fillers are temporary, not permanent.
The longevity of the results depends on many factors such as patient age, lip condition, health and lifestyle, the amount of product used, and where in the lips it has been injected. Most patients should expect results to last up to 6 to 9 months, though this may be less for lip volumizing and enhancement procedures.
Most common side effects are slight redness, swelling or bruising so avoid taking anti-inflammatory tablets such as aspirin and ibuprofen, or Vitamin E, 48 hours prior to treatment. Most potential side effects are temporary and generally disappear within a few days. With lip enhancement procedures, lips may remain swollen for several days following treatment.
Discomfort is minimal and brief and we are known for our virtually pain-free treatment. Our needles are so fine, that the process is not even as painful as plucking your eyebrows. No sedation or local anaesthetic is required, and you will be able to drive and engage in all of your usual daily activities (including putting on makeup) immediately after your injections.
